Check My Divorce Status
To check your Divorce status all you need to have is the Index Number for your case. We should have already provided you with this number via email after receiving your first signed document.

Once you have the index number, and have submitted all of the signed documents. You would simply click the link on the right side of this page, which will take you directly to the New York State Unified Court System (Ecourts) website. From this website you will be able to check the status of your divorce case as updated by the Supreme Court itself.

Note: You will only be able to see the status of your case after you have submitted all of your signed documents.
Also, if your spouse did not sign (Divorce with service) you would need to wait for an additional 40 days after submitting all of your documents.
